Well, like everyone else, our activities have been curtailed for the time being.
You can still follow us on facebook and instagram (not twitter so much). We’ll have videos, photos and news to share whilst we’re out of action.
Stay home and stay safe people! We will see you all again when this is over <3

ELASTIC PWNO BAND 1 IS GO
We have got some new music to play you!
After finishing 'Artefacts' back in April, we decided not to push on with another album of our own tunes straight away.
Instead, we've decided to work on wee projects with various collaborators under the name 'Elastic Pwno Band' (Plastic Ono Band - geddit?).
The first of these releases has an electronic theme, and is available today from Skye Records.
It featues remixes of tracks from The Honey Farm and The Girobabies, remixes of us by Patrick Walker's User Engine alias, Daniel Henkelpott McGurty (DMG Music), a twisted Yoko Pwno version of a traditional Gaelic song sung by Izzy Flower, and one original track for good measure :)
Skye records members can stream or download it for free* this week - you can sign up and listen at the link here :)

DECEMBER UPDATE/NEW RELEASE INCOMING
We think it’s fair to say that this year has been even more mental - and rewarding - than we imagined it could be. A huge thanks to all of the people who booked us, played with us and came to watch us. You might even be able to catch a glimpse of yourself in Calum’s vlog…
Since then, we’ve had a couple of months off before making the journey up to Skye to work on the follow up to Artefacts with Iain from Skye Records.
We’re playing a one-off night with label mates Sketch and DJ Dolphin Boy this Saturday (December 7th) at Stramash in Edinburgh. Entry is free, and we’re on at 1130PM.
New Video + Update
We’ve had a hectic couple of months since our album launch - in addition to Edinburgh, we’ve played Glasgow, Dundee, Knockengorroch World Ceilidh, the Isle of Eigg and Eden Festival. The gigs have been really rewarding. Its great to see so many people watching us play and dancing to our music! Thanks guys!
For those of you who haven’t seen us yet this year, we’ve made a live video for ‘Evolution’ which will show you what the new version of the band looks like live;
In addition to the live shows, Artefacts has gained a bit of media coverage. Highlights included Celtic Music Radio making us their album of the week at the end of April, Iain Anderson played ‘Feeding John Magnets’ on his BBC Scotland Show on June 10th and Jonny Jobson wrote a 2-page review of our album in The National. Cheers Jonny!

Huge thanks to Jackal Trades, Luci Holland, Helen Lemar, Andy ‘from Bombskare’ Pennycuik and Mateusz Michniewski, who really helped the night go off with a bang!
